Attorney Thomas Smith of Southfield, MI; convicted felon

The state of Michigan provided Thomas A. Smith with a law license in 1977 after he graduated from the University of Detroit Law School.

The Tri-County Hearing Panel #19 found Tommie guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Tommy was convicted in Oakland County Circuit Court of conspiracy to commit gross frauds and

false pretenses.

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Disciplinary Panel punished Stevie by gifting him with a complimentary 7-year suspension of his law license.

As we speak (September 2017), Tommy practices at 17376 West 12 Mile Road in Southfield, Michigan.
