Attorney Howard Spence of Lansing, MI; ethical gremlin

The state of Michigan provided Howard T. Spence with a law license in 1976 after he graduated from the University of Michigan Law School.

The Ann Arbor Hearing Panel found Howie guilty of the following misconduct.

• Neglected client legal matters as appointed counsel in criminal matter
• Failed to cooperate with ethics investigators (Up yours, said Howie!)

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Disciplinary Panel punished Howie by gifting him with a complimentary 60-day suspension of his law license.  

As we speak (February 2018), Howie practices with Spence & Associates Consultants at 1637 Willow Creek Drive in Lansing, Michigan.
