Attorney Alan Denenberg of Philadelphia; lying loser

The state of New Jersey presented Alan E. Denenberg with a law license in 1988 after he graduated from Quinnipiac University Law School. Alan also received a license from Pennsylvania in 1988.

The New Jersey Office of Attorney Ethics found Alan guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Engaged in conduct involving dishonesty, fraud, deceit, or misrepresentation
  • Failed to expedite client litigation
  • Knowingly made a false statement of material to a tribunal

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the New Jersey Supreme Court punished Alan by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. August 2017), Alan practices with Abramson & Denenberg PC at 1315 Walnut Street in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
