Attorney Ahmad Desoky of Totowa, NJ; convict

The state of New Jersey presented Ahmad Lotf Desoky with a law license in 1988 after he graduated from Seton Hall University Law School.

The New Jersey Office of Attorney Ethics found Ahmad guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Ahmad pled guilty in federal court to four counts of criminal contempt or the aiding and abetting of such criminal contempt.

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the New Jersey Supreme Court punished Ahmad by gifting him with a complimentary 1-year suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. February 2018), Ahmad practices with The Law Office of Ahmad L. Desoky at 490 Riverview Drive in Totowa, New Jersey.
