Attorney Richard Sabo Jr. Grand Blanc, MI; repeat offender

The state of Michigan provided Richard A. Sabo Jr. with a law license in 1999 after he graduated from Thomas M. Cooley Law School.

The Genesee County Hearing Panel #3 found Dick guilty of the following misconduct.

Dick’s 1^st bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree

• Knowingly disobeyed obligation owed to tribunal
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
• Improperly prepared legal documents which he had his client execute, at a time when the client was under full guardianship in probate
• court not competent

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Judicial Misfits sitting Disciplinary Board punished Dick by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

Dick’s 2^nd bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree

• Neglected legal matters entrusted to him
• Failed to seek lawful client objectives
• Knowingly disobeyed obligation owed to tribunal
• Failed to fully cooperate with ethics investigators (Up yours, said Dick!)
• Violated standard of care of a fiduciary

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Judicial Misfits sitting Disciplinary Board punished Dick by gifting him with a complimentary 60-day suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. September 2017), Dick practices with Richard A. Sabo PLC at 8323 Office Park Drive in Grand Blanc, Michigan.
