Attorney James Dow Jr. of Hackensack, NJ; slacker

The state of New Jersey presented James E. Dow Jr. with law license in 1976 after he graduated from Rutgers University Law School.

The New Jersey Office of Attorney Ethics found Jimmy guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to communicate with clients
• Engaged in a conflict of interest

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the New Jersey Supreme Court punished Jimmy by gifting him with a complimentary admonition.

As we speak (ca. February 2018), Jimmy practices at 241 Main Street in Hackensack, New Jersey.
