Attorney Stephen Danastorg of Bristol, PA; ethical gremlin

The state of New Jersey presented Stephen Anthony Danastorg with a law license in 1994 after he graduated from St. John’s University Law School.

The New Jersey Office of Attorney Ethics found Stevie guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to maintain a bona fide office
• Failed to withdraw representation after charging clients a fee in a bank transaction while at the same time acting as counsel for the Tri-Star banking institution

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the New Jersey Supreme Court punished Stevie by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

 As we speak (ca. October 2017), Stevie practices with Stephen A. Danastorg PC at 1206 Veterans Highway in Bristol, Pennsylvania.
