Attorney Susan Dargay of Mount Holly, NJ; slacker, repeater

The state of New Jersey presented Susan Radford Dargay with a law license in 1987 after she graduated from Villanova University Law School.

The New Jersey Office of Attorney Ethics found Suzie guilty of the following misconduct.

Suzie’s 1^st bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree

• Failed to promptly submit to court final judgment of divorce
• Failed to keep client reasonably informed of status of matter
• Failed to reply to numerous client call and letters

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the New Jersey Supreme Court punished Suzie by gifting her with a complimentary admonition.

Suzie’s 2^nd bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree

• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to communicate with clients
• Engaged in gross neglect

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the New Jersey Supreme Court punished Suzie by gifting her with a complimentary reprimand.
