Attorney Salvatore De Lello of Piscataway, NJ; serial convict, repeater

 

The state of New Jersey presented Salvatore De Lello with a law license in 1983 after he graduated from Rutgers University Law School.

 

The New Jersey Office of Attorney Ethics found Sal guilty of the following misconduct.

 

Sal’s 1st bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree

  • Pled guilty to 3rd degree commercial bribery
  • Breached duty to act in disinteresting manner
  • Pled guilty to fourth degree crime of forgery
  • Pled guilty to fourth degree crime of falsifying records
  • Pled guilty to fourth degree crime of false swearing

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the New Jersey Supreme Court punished Sal by gifting him with a complimentary 3-year suspension of his law license.  

 

Sal’s 2nd bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree

  • Engaged in conflict of interest
  • Used client confidential information to disadvantage of cleint
  • Engaged in conduct adversely reflecting on fitness to practice
  • Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
  • Knowingly disregarded court order
  • Engaged in witness tampering, a crime in the second degree

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the New Jersey Supreme Court punished Sal by gifting him with a complimentary censure.

 

As we speak (ca. December 2017), Sal practices in Piscataway, New Jersey.
