Contacting Elected Officials re: Misconduct of Casey Anthony Atty Jose Baez
First and foremost, I have prepared 2 tables that include the names, districts and phone numbers of all state legislators in Florida that are also attorneys. Those tables can be found at the end of this article.
A cursory review of postings on the internet evidences a large community of folks who are thoroughly disgusted with the conduct of Casey Anthony’s so-called attorney Jose Baez.
Anyone possessed with the intellectual acumen to successfully graduate from kindergarten on his/her first or second attempt, would reasonably conclude that attorney Jose Baez committed egregious misconduct during the trial of Casey Anthony. Any person who believes otherwise would also likely believe that the Pope nominated Paris Hilton to be his chief spokesperson on the efficacy of monogamous relationships.
I have personally received many, many emails from persons that are very upset that the State Bar has given Jose Baez the proverbial wink and a nod for his misconduct.
In fact, in response to my ethics complaint v. Baez, the Morons (my apologies to Morons) at the State Bar stated that it was acceptable conduct for Florida lawyers to present false evidence at trial as long as he/she had “a reasonable belief that the evidence is false.” A copy of the State Bar’s dismissal letter can be found at http://tinyurl.com/3k73lnw.
Of course it is quite frustrating to anyone seeking the truth and/or justice to discover that the State Bar has specifically approved of Jose Baez’s conduct in eliciting false testimony from Casey Anthony’s mother.
For those who wish to use the power of the pen to express their disdain for the State Bar’s whitewashing of Baez’s misconduct, I would suggest that they contact their State Senator and State Representatives via email, fax, regular mail or by a phone call.
Letters/Communications w/Legislators that are Attorneys
Legislators that are licensed attorneys should all be contacted since every one of them is a member of the State Bar. They should be asked things like:
Letters/Communications w/Legislators that own/operate businesses
Legislators that are business owners should all be contacted since there businesses will likely be affected when attorneys from the plaintiff’s bar presents false testimony to reap huge financial rewards from deep pocket defendants.
They can merely be asked questions somewhat similar to those regarding attorneys addressed above.
Hopefully, a reasoned approach of Floridians contacting their State Senators/Representatives will case the Florida Bar to rethink its refusal to take action against attorney Baez and to reverse its obscene ruling authorizing lawyers to present false evidence at trial.
