The state of New Jersey presented George T. Daggett with a law license in 1966 after he graduated from St. John’s University Law School.

 

The New Jersey Office of Attorney Ethics found George guilty of the following misconduct.

 

It should be noted that prior to the instances of discipline meted out to George set forth below, he received a complimentary reprimand for engaging in a variety of misconduct.

 

George’s 2nd bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree

  • Failed to communicate with client
  • Failed to advise client of developments in the case
  • Failed to advise client of court order compelling discovery
  • Failed to advise client of trial dates
  • Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the New Jersey Supreme Court punished George by gifting him with a complimentary admonition.
