Attorney Jose Castillo Jr. of Tucson, AZ; bullying loser

The state of Arizona presented Jose Luis Castillo Jr. with a law license in 1996 after he graduated from the University of Arizona Law School.

The Arizona Commission on Judicial Conduct found Jay guilty of the following misconduct, all of which took place while he was employed as a Justice of the Peace in Tucson.

  • Failed to act courteously and dignified towards litigants
  • Openly expressed disgust about attorney in open court
  • Failed to act in manner to promote public confidence in the judiciary
  • Made accusatory comments regarding attorney appearing in his court
  • Apparently made ruling based on rumors and not the facts

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Arizona Supreme Court punished Jose by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. December 2017), Jose is employed by the City of Tucson Public Defender’s Office in Tucson, Arizona.
