Attorney Bruce Greenberger of Cincinnati; thieving loser

The state of Ohio presented Bruce Lee Greenberger with a law license in 1974 after he graduated from Cleveland State University Law School.

The Disciplinary Counsel found Bruce guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Stole money while working as salaried attorney at Law Offices of Arnold Levine
  • Accepted payments of $1,850 from several clients while working for Levine firm
  • Rather than deposit the $1,850 in to client trust account, converted them to his personal use
  • Engaged in conduct involving dishonesty, fraud, deceit or misrepresentation

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Ohio Supreme Court punished Bruce by gifting him with a complimentary 1-year suspension of his law license.

Because Attorney Misfits in Ohio are held to a much lower standard of conduct then everyone else, Bruce was never criminally charged with grand theft.

As we speak (ca. October 2017), Bruce practices with Macey Chevin & Diab at 1014 Vine Street in Cincinnati, Ohio.
