Attorney Bryan Adamson of Ivins, UT; thief, repeat offender

The state of Utah presented Bryan Todd Adamson with a law license in 2008 after he graduated from Southern Methodist University (SMU) Law School.

The Ethics and Discipline Committee of the Utah Supreme Court found Bryan guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Refused to refund unearned fees (thief)
  • Client seeking refund received nothing of value from Brian
  • Violated attorney advertisement rules by claiming in an ad that his firm offered the “Most Affordable Bankruptcy”
  • Falsely advertised that his bankruptcy practice was a “non-profit” entity
  • Improperly reduced fees from IRS refund check issued to client and client’s ex-wife without receiving authority to so act from the court

As one would suspect, this wasn’t Bryan’s First bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. He previously received two (2) complimentary reprimands for engaging in a variety of misconduct that included his sham billing practices.

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Utah Supreme Court punished Bryan by gifting him with a complimentary 12-month suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. October 2017), Brian practices The Justice Firm Legal LLC at 132 West Tabernacle in Ivins, Utah.
