Attorney Michael DeMiro Jr. of Verona, NJ; convict

The state of New Jersey presented Michael A. DeMiro with a law license in 1989 after he graduated from Rutgers University Law School.

The New Jersey Office of Attorney Ethics found Mike guilty of the following misconduct.

• Pled guilty in federal court to conspiracy to obstruct justice

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the New Jersey Supreme Court punished Mike by gifting him with a complimentary 18-month suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. December 2017), Mike practices at 155 Pompton Avenue in Verona, New Jersey.
