As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Calfiornia State Bar Court punished Stevie by gifting him with a complimentary 6-month suspension of his law license.

Stevie’s 3^rd bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree

• Commingled client funds with personal funds
• Misappropriated (stole) client funds
• Failed to maintain client funds in trust account

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Calfiornia State Bar Court punished Stevie by gifting him with a complimentary stayed 2-year suspension of his law license.

In truth, the comedians sitting on the State Bar Court didn’t mete out any meaningful punishment to Stevie.
