Attorney Anthony Hutchins of Columbus, OH; scamming liar

The state of Ohio presented Anthony Robert Hutchins with a law license in 1985 after he graduated from Ohio State University Law School.

The Ohio Supreme Court Disciplinary Counsel found Tony guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation
  • Fabricated court document involving a divorce matter regarding the client’s sale of her home and division of the proceeds with her husband
  • Fabricated a magistrate’s order re: anticipated real estate closing on client’s home
  • Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
  • Fabricated court document to facilitate receipt of a $3,650 attorney fee
  • Falsely claimed to trial court that $3,600 fee was a real estate “listing commission”

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Ohio Supreme Court punished Tony by gifting him with a complimentary 6-month suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. September 2017), Tony practices with the Law Office of A.R. Hutchins at 736 East Long Street in Columbus, Ohio.
