Attorney John Rosellini of Burien, WA; thieving loser

The state of Washington presented John Michael Rosellini with a law license in 1973 after he graduated from the University of Puget Sound Law School.

The Washington State Bar found Johnny guilty of the following misconduct.

• Misused client trust account and funds
• Converted client funds to his personal use (thief)
• Misconduct was serious and intentional
• Misconduct involved multiple offenses
• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Washington Supreme Court punished Johnny by gifting him with a complimentary five-year suspension of his law license.

Because Attorney Misfits in Washington are held to a much lower standard of conduct then everyone else, Stevie was never criminally charged with grand theft.
