Attorney Kevin Rank of Salem, OR; slacker 

The state of Oregon provided Kevin Jr. Rank with a law license in 1991 after he graduated from Lewis and Clark Law School.

The Oregon State Bar found Kevin guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Acted negligently in failing to heed a substantial risk that circumstances exited or that a certain result would follow
• Conduct was deviation from standard of care a reasonable lawyer would exercise
• Misconduct caused potential injury to client
• Took no action on discovery request from bankruptcy trustee re: client

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Oregon Supreme Court punished Kevin by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand. 

As we speak (ca. November 2017) Kevin practices with Rank & Associates PC at 1265 Waller Street SE in Salem, Oregon.
