Attorney Harvey Golden of Columbia, SC; bullying loser

The State of South Carolina presented Harvey L. Golden with a law license in 1954 after he graduated from the University of South Carolina Law School.

Disciplinary Counsel of the South Carolina Supreme Court found Harvey guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to respect the right of a litigant
• Engaged in arrogant, rude and overbearing conduct
• Exhibited unwarranted aggressiveness while deposing a witness
• Intimidated and degraded a witness
• Insulted witness with gratuitous comments
• Violated or attempted to violate rules of conduct or knowingly assisted or induced another to do so, or did so through the acts of others
• Engaged in conduct adversely reflecting on fitness to practice

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the Cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the South Carolina Supreme punished Harvey by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.  

As we speak (ca. October 2017), Harvey practices with the Law Offices of Harvey L. Golden at 1712 Main Street in Columbia, South Carolina.
