Attorney William Shanaberger of Royal Oak, MI; convict

The state of Michigan provided William G. Shanaberger with a law license in 1988 after he graduated from the University of Detroit.

The Tri-County Hearing Panel #74 found Billy guilty of the following misconduct.

• Convicted of allowing unlicensed person to operate a motor vehicle
• Failed to be forthcoming to ethics investigators (Screw you, said Billy!)

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Michigan Supreme Court punished Billy by gifting him with a complimentary 3-month suspension of his law license. 

As we speak (ca. September 2017), Billy practices with Shanaberger Law PLLC at 19488 Woodward Avenue in Royal Oak, Michigan, a suburb of Detroit.
