Attorney Thomas Miller of Olympia, WA; slacker, loser

The state of Washington provided Thomas F. Miller with a law license in 1990 after he graduated from the University of Puget Sound Law School.

The Washington State Bar found Tommy guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to communicate with clients
• Failed to return numerous client phone calls
• Failed to advise clients their lawsuit had been dismissed
• Failed to keep client reasonably informed of status of matter
• Failed to comply with client information requests

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Washington Supreme Court punished Tommy by gifting him with a complimentary censure. 

As we speak (ca. September 2017), Louie practices with the Miller Law Office PS at 400 Union Avenue SE in Olympia, Washington.
