Attorney Douglas Whitlock of Vancouver, WA; slacker

The state of Washington provided Douglas O. Whitlock with a law license in 1973 after he graduated from the University of Puget Sound Law School.

The Washington State Bar found Doug guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to communicate with clients
• Failed to preserve identity of client funds
• Failed to properly supervise office staff
• Failed to maintain complete records of client funds in his possession
• Failed to keep client reasonably informed of status of matter

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Washington Supreme Court punished Doug by gifting him with a complimentary censure.

As we speak (ca. October 2017), Doug practices at 405 West 13^th Street in Vancouver, Washington.
