Judge Andrew Gleeson of Belleville, IL; ethical gnome

The state of Illinois provided Andrew Gleeson with a law license in 1985 after he graduated from St. Louis University Law School.

Ronnie’s misconduct involves the way he conducted himself in regard to the murder of Carl Z. Silas wherein he proved that he is unfit to sit on the bench.

In one matter, Andy found it acceptable to improperly award $74 million to a fellow judge’s brother plus a $25 million legal for another judge’s brother in law. Subsequently, the improper awards were reduced to $28 million and $7 million respectively.

Appellate judges on the Fifth District Court of Appeals ruled that Andy violated state and federal “due process” statutes when he made the improper awards. Apparently, Andy believes that “due process” is the means by which the grass becomes moist in the am.

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Illinois Supreme Court punished Andy by gifting him with a complimentary rebuke.

As we speak (ca. November 2017), Andy continues to sit as a St. Clair County District Court Judge in Bellville, Illinois.
