Judge Gerald Loehr of New City, NY; Greedy Ingrate

The state of New York provided Gerald Edward Loehr with a law license in 1969 after he graduated from Fordham University Law School.

Gerry began his judicial career in 2005 when he duped the voters in the Rockland County area to elect him to a seat on the Rockland County Supreme Court. FYI: unlike most states, the Supreme Courts in New York are trial level courts, which in most states are denoted as District, Superior and/or Common Pleas Courts.

In one matter, Greedy Gerry (GG) is the lead plaintiff in the Matter of Loehr v. Administrative Board of the Courts of the State of New York. In this sham lawsuit, Gerry and his fellow Greedy Comrades laughingly claim they have a constitutional right to “double dip.”

Double Dipping is the art of a public official garnering two (2) government funded paychecks at the same time. In this instance, Gerry claim that he is entitled to collect a full salary while at the same time he collects a state-funded pension.

It should be noted that Gerry retired on December 31, 2012 and immediately began to receive an annual $66,000 pension. This pension was based on Gerry’s employment as an assistant DA for New York County for five (5) years and eight (8) years as a judge.

I don’t’ know how in the hell someone qualifies for a lifetime $66,000 pension after working a mere thirteen (13) years as a government employee.

In Gerry’s Greedy World, he believes he is entitled to receive his $193,000 judicial salary while at the same time he is paid an annual pension of $66,000 for a total annual paycheck of $259,000.

So here we have yet another ingrate jurist that is in it for himself who believes that he is entitled to be paid $4,980 a week for providing his idea of judicial services to the taxpayers.

As we speak (ca. July 2017), Andy continues to sit as a Rockland County Supreme Court Justice in New City, New York.
