Judge John Emmett Murphy of White Plains, NY; Greedy Ingrate

The state of New York provided John Emmett Murphy with a law license in 1966 after he graduated from Fordham University Law School.

Johnny began his judicial career in 1980 when he duped the voters in the Yonkers area to elect him to a seat on the Yonkers City Court. FYI: unlike most states, the Supreme Courts in New York are trial level courts, which in most states are denoted as District, Superior and/or Common Pleas Courts.

It should be noted that Johnny has had his significant snout firmly implanted in the public trough for the past forty (40) years. Apparently, no self-respecting law firm in the greater Long Island area was about to offer Johnny a good paying job.

In one matter, Greedy Johnny is a plaintiff in the Matter of Loehr v. Administrative Board of the Courts of the State of New York. In this sham lawsuit, Johnny and his fellow Greedy Comrades laughingly claim they have a constitutional right to “double dip.”

Double Dipping is the art of a public official garnering two (2) government funded paychecks at the same time. In this instance, Johnny claims that he is entitled to collect a full salary while at the same time he collects a state-funded pension.

In Johnny’s Greedy World, he believes he is entitled to receive his $193,000 judicial salary while at the same time he is paid an annual pension of $91,309 for a total annual paycheck of $284,309.

So here we have yet another ingrate jurist that is in it for himself who believes that he is entitled to be paid $5,461 a week for providing his idea of judicial services to the taxpayers.

As we speak (ca. July 2017), Johnny continues to sit as a Westchester County Supreme Court Justice in White Plains, New York.
