Attorney Peter Kachajian Jr. of Southborough, MA; negligent loser

The state of Massachusetts presented Peter A. Kachajian Jr. with a law license in 1986 after he graduated from Boston College Law School.

The Board of Bar Overseers found Pete guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Negligently misused client funds with intent to deprive
  • Failed to abide by record-keeping rules
  • Failed to pay client mortgage with $99,000 given to him for said purpose

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Board of Overseers punished Pete by gifting him with a complimentary 6-month suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. September 2017) Pete practices with the Law Offices of Peter Kachajian Jr. in Southborough, Massachusetts.
