Attorney Michael Thieme of Prescott, AZ; convicted felon

The state of Arizona presented Michael P. Thieme with a law license in 2005 after he graduated from the University of Arizona Law School.

The Arizona State Bar found Mike guilty of the following misconduct.

• Involved in a one car rollover accident
• Car found upside down near a destroyed APS box
• Convicted by jury of Criminal Damage, Class 4 Felony
• Convicted of driving under the influence (DUI), Class 1 Misdemeanor
• Convicted of Striking Highway Fixtures, Class 3 Misdemeanor

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders of Attorney Misfits sitting on the Arizona Supreme Court punished Mike by gifting him with a complimentary 6-month suspension of his law license.

 As we speak (ca. July 2017) Mike practices with O’Leary Eaton PLLC at 115 Grove Avenue in Prescott, Arizona.
