Attorney Jae Park of Edison, NJ; convicted of assaulting mother

The state of New Jersey presented Jae Hoon Park with a law license in 1997 after he graduated from New York University (NYU) Law School.

The New Jersey Office of Attorney Ethics found Jae guilty of the following misconduct.

• Pled guilty to third-degree aggravated assault
• Caused serious bodily harm to his mother
• Forced his mother to take dangerous quantity of prescription pills
• Engaged in conduct adversely reflecting on fitness to practice

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the New Jersey Supreme Court punished Jae by gifting him with a complimentary 3-month suspension of his law license.

As we speak (August 2017), Jae practices in Edison, New Jersey.
