Attorney Robert Nish of Morristown, NJ; ethical dwarf

The state of New Jersey presented Robert J. Nish with a law license in 1975 after he graduated from Seton Hall University Law School.

The New Jersey Office of Attorney Ethics found Bobby guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in conduct involving dishonesty, fraud, deceit, or misrepresentation
• Failed to notify adversary of return of real estate deposit

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the New Jersey Supreme Court punished Bobby by gifting him with a complimentary admonishment. 

As we speak (October 2017), Bobby practices with Robert J. Nish PC at 163 Washington Street in Morristown, New Jersey.
