Attorney Randall Miller of Denver; ethical leprechaun

The state of Colorado presented Randall H. Miller with a law license in 2002 after he graduated from Seton Hall University Law School. Randy also received a law license from the state of Illinois in 1997.

The Colorado State Bar found Randy guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Failed to disclose client’s deletion of emails central to pending litigation
• Failed in duty of candor [truthfulness] to trial court
• Failed to take any steps to correct client’s deletion of relevant evidence
• Offered false evidence
• Acted in a negligent manner

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Colorado Supreme Court punished Randy by gifting him with a complimentary censure.

As we speak (July 2017), Randy practices with Bryan Cave LLP at 1700 Lincoln Street in Denver, Colorado.
