Attorney Dennis Stolfo of Chicago; bullying loser

The state of Illinois presented Dennis James Stolfo with a law license in 1972 after he graduated from DePaul University Law School. Randy also received a law license from the state of Illinois in 1997.

The Illinois Attorney Registration and Disciplinary Commission has charged Denny with engaging in the following misconduct.

In one matter, involving protracted appeals of a daycare chain that he represented, Denny was sanctioned for more than $180,000 for engaging in frivolous conduct.

Denny was sanctioned on five or more occasions by the Illinois circuit and appellate courts during the time he represented his clients in claims against KinderCare, with sanctions totaling $184,993 as Denny appealed the KinderCare case six times.

Subsequently, Denny attempted to discharge the $180,000 in court sanctions by filing his own bankruptcy petition. However, U.S. District Judge Harry D. Leinenweber ruled that Denny could not discharge the court-imposed sanctions in a bankruptcy proceeding.

All that remains now is to see what if any punishment is meted out to Denny by the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Illinois Supreme Court.

As we speak (July 2017), Denny practices with the Stolfo Law Offices at 115 South La Salle Street in Chicago, Illinois.

BEWARE: Denny does not carry legal malpractice insurance
