Judge Edward Jerejian of Hackensack, NJ; ethical gnome

The state of New Jersey presented Edward A. Jerejian a law license in 1960 after he graduated from the University of Miami Law School.

In 2006, former Gov.  Chris Christie was duped into appointing Eddie as a Bergen County Superior Court judge. Eddie didn’t receive the appointment because he was the most qualified attorney in the greater Hackensack area. He received it because she had proven to be a reliable lackey for the local political hacks.

In one matter, it is alleged that Eddie totally ignored serious health issues afflicting a diabetic non-custodial parent who was facing homelessness when Eddie ordered that he pay child support on par with a parent earning over $60,000 a year.

It was further alleged that Eddie ignored at least three letters from the non-custodial parents’ physicians (all of which were entered into evidence) that detailed the serious ailments that stemmed from the diabetes and other medical conditions that clearly rendered him unable to work.

If the above allegations are true, Eddie should be bounced off the bench and if so he should be able to secure employment as a greeter at the Walmart at 400 Park Place in Secaucus.

As we speak (ca. July 2017), Eddie continues to sit as a Bergen County Superior Court judge in Hackensack, New Jersey.
