Attorney David Harris of Brentwood, TN; slacker

The state of Tennessee provided David Dwayne Harris with a law license in 2013 after he graduated from the Nashville Law School.

The Tennessee Board of Professional Responsibility found Dave guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to communicate with client
• Failed to expedite client litigation     
• Failed to terminate representation when required to so act
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
• Failed to respond to numerous client information requests
• Untimely filed client’s notice of appeal
• Failed to respond to show cause orders (Up yours, said Dave!)

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Tennessee Supreme Court punished Dave by gifting him with a complimentary censure.

As we speak (ca. September 2016) Dave practices at 1584 Fawn Creek Road in Brentwood, Tennessee.
