The state of Florida presented D. Kenneth Leigh Jr. with a law license in 1999 after she graduated from Nova Southeastern University Law School.

The Florida State Bar found Enrico guilty of the following misconduct.

• Opened three offices in two months in South Florida
  Failed to pay payroll taxes to IRS
• Commingled payroll taxes with firm’s general operating account

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Florida Supreme Court punished Kenny by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (July 2017), Kenny practices with Kenny Leigh & Associates at 414 Old Hard Road in Fleming Island, Florida.
