Attorney Lowen Hankin of New York City; scofflaw

The state of New Jersey presented Lowen Kassner Hankin with a law license in 1992 after he graduated from Yale University (NYU) Law School. 

The New Jersey Office of Attorney Ethics found Lowen guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation
• Issued falsified receipt for purchase of a boat to evade taxes

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the New Jersey Supreme Court punished Lowen by gifting him with a complimentary admonition.

As we speak (ca. July 2017) Lowen practices Lowen K. Hankin PC at 444 Madison Avenue in New York, New York.
