Attorney Randall Goff of Annapolis, MD; cheating loser

The state of Maryland presented Randall E. Goff with a law license in 1985 after he graduated from the University of Maryland Law School.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel (ODC) found Randy guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to keep accurate financial records
• Used trust funds for unauthorized purposes (cheater)
• Failed to cooperate with ethics investigators (Up yours, said Randy!)

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Maryland Supreme punished Randy by gifting him with a complimentary 1-year suspension of his law license.
