Attorney Marie Klarman of East Hampton, NY; tax scofflaw

The state of New York presented Marie E. Klarman with a law license in 1994 after she graduated from the University of Maryland Law School.

The Grievance Committee found Marie guilty of the following misconduct.

• Submitted sham tax return to Secretary of Treasury
• False tax return contained material false information

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Disciplinary Counsel punished Marie by gifting her with a complimentary 1-year suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. November 2017) Marie practices at 4 Abigails Path in East Hampton, New York.
