The state of Maryland presented Tilman Dunbar Jr. with a law license in 1993 after he graduated from American University Law School.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel (ODC) found Tilman guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to maintain his escrow account and
• Failed to reconcile his bank account

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Maryland Supreme punished Tilman by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.
