Attorney Charlene Hardnett of Silver Spring, MD; ethical elf

The state of Maryland presented Charlene Sukari Hardnett with a law license in 1999 after she graduated from American University Law School.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel (ODC) found Charlene guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to appear at appeal hearing on client’s behalf
• Failed to properly supervise office staff

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Maryland Supreme punished Charlene by gifting her with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. July 2017) Charlene practices with C. Sukari Harnett LLC at 804 Pershing Drive in Silver Spring, Maryland.
