Attorney Jonathan Hoover of Baltimore; Dumbo, slacker

The state of Maryland presented Jonathan T. Hoover with a law license in 1999 after he graduated from the University of Baltimore Law School.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel (ODC) found Johnny guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to provide competent representation (Dumbo)
• Failed to advise client her case had been dismissed
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to communicate with client
• Failed to take action to prevent dismissal of client’s cases
• Failed to inform client of status of her cases

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Maryland Supreme punished Johnny by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. September 2017) Johnny practices with the Law Offices of Hoover & Hoover LLC at 318 East Lexington Street in Baltimore, Maryland.
