The state of Maryland presented Robert Anthony Klimek Jr. with a law license in 2010 after he graduated from American University Law School.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel (ODC) found Bobby guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to keep client informed of status of matter
• Failed to explain a matter to the extent reasonably necessary to permit the client to make informed decisions regarding the representation

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Maryland Supreme punished Bobby by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.
