Attorney Bryan Potts of Baltimore, ethical misfit

The state of Maryland presented Bryan H. Potts with a law license in 1985 after he graduated from Nova University Law School.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel (ODC) found Bryan guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Held insufficient funds in escrow account due to failure to reconcile the account

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Maryland Supreme punished Bryan by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. October 2017) Bryan practices at 201 North Charles Street in Baltimore, Maryland.
