The state of Massachusetts presented Walter W. Jabs Jr. with a law license in 1980.

The Massachusetts Board of Bar Overseers found Walt guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to provide competent representation (idiot)
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Court ruled legal work was sloppy and carless

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Board of Bar Overseers punished Walt by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.
