Attorney Raymond Clark of Pewaukee, WI; lying slacker

The state of Wisconsin presented Raymond M. Clark with a law license in 1959 after he graduated from Duke University Law School.

The Office of Lawyer Regulation found Chris guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Engaged in ten (10) counts of misconduct
  • Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
  • Made prohibited distribution of cash from trust account
  • Failed to communicate with client
  • Knowingly disobeyed a court order in divorce matter
  • Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation
  • Made misrepresentations (lied) to ethics investigators (Up yours, said Ray!)

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Wisconsin Supreme Court punished Ray by gifting him with a complimentary 120-day suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. June 2017) Ray practices at the Clark Law Office at 24145 River Park Drive in Pewaukee, Wisconsin.
