Attorney Brian Russell of Bloomfield, CT; ethical gremlin

The state of Connecticut presented Brian Dale Russell with a law license in 1992 after he graduated from Ohio Northern University Law School.

The Statewide Grievance Committee found Brian guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to properly manage client fund accounts
• Failed to explain overdraft of client funds (rubber)

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Statewide Grievance Committee punished Brian by gifting him with a complimentary Reprimand.

As one would suspect, this wasn’t Brian’s First bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. He previously received a complimentary reprimand for engaging in a variety of misconduct.

As we speak (ca. June 2017) Brian practices with Gordon & Russell in Bloomfield, Connecticut.
