Attorney Monty Yolles of Gaithersburg, MD; ethical dwarf

The state of Maryland presented Monty Naftali Yolles with a law license in 1991 after he graduated from Emory University Law School.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel (ODC) found Monty guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to maintain adequate escrow account records
• Failed to reconcile bank statements
• Failed to withdraw fees from trust account when earned

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Maryland Supreme punished Monty by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. October 2017) Monty practices with the Yolles Law Firm at 438 North Fredrick Avenue in Gaithersburg, Maryland.
