Attorney Daniel Downer Jr. of Annapolis, MD; slacker

The state of Maryland presented Daniel G. Downer Jr. with a law license in 1974 after he graduated from the University of Maryland Law School.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel (ODC) found Danny guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to file necessary reports in estate matter in timely fashion
• Failed to take control or possession of assets of an estate
• Failed to cooperate with ethics investigators (Up yours, said Danny!)
• Failed to respond to interested parties

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Maryland Supreme punished Danny by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. October 2017) Danny practices at 107 Ridgely Avenue in Annapolis, Maryland.
