Trump lawyer Marc Kosowitz: Today’s “Moron” Award Winner

Congratulations to….

Trump lawyer Marc Kasowitz

Today’s Moron Award Winner

The state of New York unfortunately presented Marc Elliot Kasowitz with a law license in 1978 after he graduated from Cornell University Law School.

Marc has been representing Donald “Trumporleone” Trump for at least ten years. He represented The Don in the Trump University fraud case and negotiated a $25 million payout to The Don’s victims.

Marc has a well-earned reputation as a loudmouth loser who finds it acceptable to issue threats against anyone who would question The Don’s ethics. He is more than willing to pursue sham lawsuits against anyone who dares to question the falsehoods that emanate from The Don’s mouth daily. Put simply, Marc is in many instances a mirror image of his phony client The Don.

Immediately after former FBI Director James Comey testified before the Senate Intelligence Committee that The Don had demanded his “loyalty” and that he back off the Flynn investigation, Marc decided to respond by falsely claiming that Comey was guilty of a crime by releasing a memo he prepared of a meeting he had with The Don. Towards that end, Marc the Moron (M&M) said:

  • “It is overwhelmingly clear that there have been and continue to be those in government who are actively attempting to undermine this administration with selective and illegal leaks of classified information and privileged communications.”
  • “Mr. Comey has now admitted that he is one of the leakers.”
  • “We will leave it the appropriate authorities to determine whether this leak should be investigated.

Apparently, Marc the Moron didn’t do well when he attended law school because any first-year law student would know that the memo that Comey prepared had nothing to do with “classified information” nor did it constitute a “privileged communication.”

According to the Moron, any communication emanating from The Don and that would include talking about criminal activity is a “privileged communication.”

The Don’s demand for “loyalty” is something would expect of some of New York City’s finest like Vito Genovese, Carlo Gambino, Joseph Colombo and/or Joe Bonanno. In addition, the Moron’s claim of “privileged communication” would be akin to the “Omerta” (pledge of silence) demanded of a newly inducted member of the mob.

If Marc the Moron is billing The Don over $125 an hour, I would respectfully suggest that he seek legal representation from someone that is not a proven Imbecile.

As we speak, (ca. June 2017), Marc the Moron practices with Kasowitz Benson Torres LLP at 1633 Broadway in New York, New York.

Congrats Marc; keep up the good work! We should let everyone know of your amazing record as one of Americas Least Appreciated “Morons”; you are far too humble.
