Attorney Dennis Smeal of Monterey Park, CA; repeat offender

The state of California provided Dennis Raymond Smeal with a law license in 1983 after he graduated from the University of Southern California (USC) Law School.

The California State Bar found Denny guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Denny found it acceptable in failing to comply with conditions of a prior complimentary reproval he received for engaging in a variety of misconduct.

The complimentary reproval was provided to Denny for failing to inform a client of significant developments in the case and for failing to respond to a second client’s status inquiries.

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the supporters for Attorney Misfits sitting on the State Bar Court punished Lee by gifting him with a complimentary 90-day suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. December), Denny practices with the Los Angeles Dependency Lawyers Inc. at 1000 Corporate Center Drive in Monterey Park, California.
